All products sold by AlgoEdge are digital goods — specifically, Expert Advisor (EA) software files (.ex5) for MetaTrader 5. Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible and downloadable upon purchase, we operate a strict no-refund policy once the product has been delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download. This applies regardless of whether you have downloaded or used the file. We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, performance data, and our FAQ page thoroughly before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions — Technical Issues

While we do not offer refunds due to change of mind or trading performance, we will work to resolve any genuine technical issues with our products. If you experience a defect or malfunction with a purchased EA that prevents it from functioning as described, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a corrected file or provide a resolution.

4. What We Do Not Consider Grounds for Refund

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent chargeback claims seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the claim, revoke your licence, and take further action as permitted by law. 6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same product, please contact us immediately at our Contact page. We will review the case and, at our discretion, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction provided the product download has not been accessed.
