1. About AlgoEdge
AlgoEdge ("we", "our", or "us") is a digital products company that develops and distributes automated Expert Advisor (EA) trading bots for use with the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. We do not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services of any kind.
2. Eligibility
By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using our services under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of automated trading tools is permitted in your country or region.
3. Digital Products & Licences
All products sold by AlgoEdge are digital goods in the form of Expert Advisor files (.ex5) for MetaTrader 5. Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased EA on the number of accounts specified at the time of purchase (typically one live account and one demo account). You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or sublicence any AlgoEdge product. Licence violations may result in immediate termination of your licence without refund.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the AlgoEdge website, within our products, or in any communications from AlgoEdge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before using automated trading software.
5. No Guarantee of Performance
Past performance of any AlgoEdge bot — whether shown through backtests, forward tests, live account results, or any other demonstration — is not indicative of future results. Trading in financial markets involves significant risk and you may lose some or all of your capital. AlgoEdge makes no representation or warranty that any bot will achieve profitable results.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: selecting a suitable broker and account type; configuring the EA settings appropriately for your risk tolerance; maintaining a stable internet connection and/or VPS for uninterrupted operation; monitoring your trading account regularly; and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
All AlgoEdge products, software, content, branding, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of AlgoEdge. No part of our website or products may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. All rights are reserved.
8. Third-Party Services
Our products are designed for use with MetaTrader 5, a third-party platform developed by MetaQuotes Software Corp. AlgoEdge is not affiliated with MetaQuotes or any broker. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of any third-party platforms, brokers, or services you use in conjunction with our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoEdge and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold AlgoEdge harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
